Delete your account inside the app
Open Vencifya, sign in, then go to Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account and confirm. No sign-in is needed to read this page.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your sign-in account and your bills, subscriptions, personal debts, payment history, activity, preferences and profile from our database.
What may remain briefly
Encrypted backups and provider security and authentication logs may still contain copies for a limited period until they are overwritten. Minimal information may be kept where the law requires it.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@vencifya.com from the address associated with the account. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.
Only your data
Deleting all your data (Settings → Privacy & data → Delete all my data) clears your bills, subscriptions, debts and activity but keeps your sign-in account.
