Who operates Vencifya
Vencifya is operated by Marnifa LLC, United States. Questions about privacy can be sent to privacy@vencifya.com.
Information you provide
Your email address and an optional display name, plus what you choose to enter: bills, subscriptions and personal debts, merchant or plan names, amounts, currency, categories, due dates, recurrence, paid dates, reminder settings, payment-method labels, notes, payment history, the person and reason for a personal debt, your preferences, and masked account references limited to the last 4 digits.
Technical information processed automatically
Authentication and session information, IP address, browser or user-agent information, timestamps, preferences kept in your device's local storage such as language and theme, and standard authentication, database and error logs used to run and troubleshoot the service.
What we never collect
Full bank account numbers, full card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, banking passwords, national identity numbers, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, tracking pixels or advertising SDKs. Receipt uploads are disabled, so no receipt files are collected. Vencifya has no access to your bank and never initiates payments.
Why we process it
To operate the service: to show your bills, subscriptions and personal debts, your calendar and reports, to keep them in sync across your devices, to sign you in, to send account emails, to deliver reminders where supported, and to maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
Service providers
Lovable (Lovable Cloud) provides hosting, database, authentication and infrastructure and processes your account and app data on our behalf. Google is available as a sign-in option; if you choose it, Google processes your Google account identifier and email address to authenticate you.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data and we do not share personal data for advertising. Data is shared only with the providers listed above, as needed to run Vencifya.
Security
Data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. Database access rules restrict every record to the account that created it. We store no full payment credentials, and passwords are handled by our authentication provider, not by us.
Retention and deletion
Your records are removed when you delete your data or your account. Encrypted backups and provider security and authentication logs may still contain copies for a limited period until they are overwritten in the normal course of operations. Minimal information may be retained where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can access, correct and export your data, delete all your data, and delete your account from Settings, Privacy & data. For any request, write to privacy@vencifya.com.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account. Public instructions are also available at https://vencifya.com/delete-account.
Children
Vencifya is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 in the European Economic Area, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the “Last updated” date above, and we notify users in the app about material changes.
