What we collect
Your email address, an optional display name, and the bill and subscription details you choose to enter: names, amounts, currencies, due dates, recurrence, categories, notes, reminder settings, payment method labels and, if you add one, a masked account reference such as •••• 4417.
What we never collect
We do not ask for or store full card or bank account numbers, CVV codes, PINs, banking passwords or national identity numbers. Vencifya has no access to your bank and never initiates payments.
Why we need it
This information exists solely to show your bills, subscriptions, calendar, totals, reports and reminders, and to keep them in sync when you sign in on another device.
Where it is stored
Your data is held in your own account in our managed cloud database, reachable over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access rules on the database restrict every record to the account that created it, so other users cannot read or change your data.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. It is processed only by the hosting, database and authentication providers required to run Vencifya on our behalf.
Retention and your choices
We keep your data only while your account exists. You can export everything, delete all your data, or delete your account at any time from Settings, Privacy & data. Deleting your account removes your records from our database.
