Operator and purpose
Vencifya is operated by Marnifa LLC, United States. Vencifya is an organizational and reminder tool for bills, subscriptions, personal debts and recurring expenses. It does not move money, pay bills, process payment cards, connect to or control bank accounts, or act as a bank, payment processor, lender, financial adviser or credit service.
User account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, providing accurate information, and verifying amounts, due dates and obligations with the actual provider. Do not enter full payment-card details, CVV codes, PINs, banking passwords or full bank-account numbers into Vencifya.
Eligibility
Vencifya is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 in the European Economic Area.
Acceptable use
You may not use Vencifya for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service or infrastructure, engage in automated abuse or excessive requests, introduce malware or malicious code, or use the service to violate third-party rights.
Availability and accuracy
Vencifya aims to provide accurate reminders, totals, reports and calendar information, but service interruptions can occur, reminders may be delayed or unavailable, calculations depend on information you enter, and you remain responsible for verifying and paying your obligations on time. Vencifya does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
No financial advice
Vencifya provides organizational information only. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, banking or investment advice.
Intellectual property
Vencifya’s software, branding, design and original content are owned by or licensed to Marnifa LLC. You retain ownership of the information you enter.
Account suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time. Marnifa LLC may suspend or terminate access for unlawful activity, abuse, security threats or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Vencifya is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Marnifa LLC is not responsible for losses caused solely by incorrect user-entered data, missed third-party payments, outages, delayed reminders, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms attempts to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
