How do I delete my account?
Open Vencifya and go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete my account. You can also visit the public account deletion page.

Open Vencifya and go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Export my data. Your data will be downloaded as a JSON file.
Does Vencifya connect to my bank?
No. Vencifya does not connect to bank accounts, move money, pay bills, or process payment cards.
What payment information does Vencifya store?
Only an optional masked reference limited to the last 4 digits. Never full card numbers, CVV, PINs, banking passwords, or full bank-account numbers.
I cannot sign in. What should I do?
Use the password reset option first. If the issue continues, contact support at privacy@vencifya.com.
